years of evolution cannot be all wrong.
Life
has tenaciously and dedicatedly struggled against
its biggest nightmare, the day of it's final
termination - the irreversible fact that life on
earth will one day end. It's had many near escapes
over the countless millenniums. So it's had a long
time to think about how it can beat many of the global effects that can some times
almost succeed in killing us all off. Ices ages are

age periods was the enduring resistance method
that turned out to be the genuinely big winning
technique that allowed humans to survive the very
low availability of food and water.
Basically, it's a fundamental part of mankind's minimalist survival strategy.
We now known monoculture farming and ultra modern
food processing methods are incompatible with human
life by first polluting our calorie
packed food with unnecessary chemicals that do
substantial harm to our body's cells, and secondly
causing massive over eating in humans coupled
with under exercising, the result is substantial
"fat cell
division" that is now the new nightmare "Yo-Yo"
effect of an over eating obese diet. Why

It would be simple just to say, because it's the
right thing to do - but some people are now
talking about the problem of being overweight as
if it was ok! The public has the belief
that's it's alright as long as you are not hurting
anyone else, just yourself. They are wrong - big
time - it's not
ok.
The trouble with over eating and polluting your
body is that's it's very bad for both your
short-term and long-term health. It will help to
kill you off much younger and if you survive to middle age
you are likely to have many old-age health
problems before you reach your final years on
earth. And,
it's also costing health departments millions
of pounds more than it should to look after you if
you are sick,
because over eating is very bad for your health,
and its setting the scene for the future
long-term health and survival of the entire human
race, your children and grandchildren will pay a
high price.
When you hear it said that way, most people
just cannot come to terms with it.
If we do not
find a way to get people to stop polluting their
bodies and over eating, and
turn the tide regarding the over production of sugar, fat
and salt filled foodstuff then the future of the
human race is not
completely assured.
At the end of the day - each and every one of us
must make a choice.

Eat one "complete meal each day" of
fresh fruit and vegetables
Only eat a small amount of very lean meat
"once a month"
Only eat fresh fruit and vegetables, plus nuts and
seeds as "Snacks"

water" each day
Take vitamins and mineral supplement "every
day each morning"
Exercise on a "Regular Basis" and create
a personal daily keep fit plan

You Should Never Do
Never eat sugar, white flour, or any kind of fatty
foods
Never add salt to your food either before or after

Never eat food with chemical additives, or that's
been genetically engineered
Never allow your weight to increase by more than
four pounds
If your weight increases above your nature weight,
