The
challenge today is how society controls the future
balance between the calories we consume and the
calories we burn.
The Natural Diet We Should All be Eating
Every
Day of Our Lives:
One complete meal made up of fresh fruit and
vegetables, plus nuts and seeds, and fresh clean
water.
You should also have as many smaller snacks
as you like throughout the day of fresh fruit and
vegetables or nuts and seeds.
These smaller meals
should be made up of many different types of fruit
and raw vegetables as you can find, and drink
fresh water as required all day.
Three times a week have a meal that includes 10%
of fresh oily fish.
Once a month have one meal that includes 20% of
fresh chicken or shellfish, or any other white meat from
birds or animals.
Only eat RED meat if you have; No Other Source of Protein Available
to You.
Remove
all visible fat from the red or white meat before cooking.
Long slow cooking is best, also never burn the
meat and never add salt or anything else to
the cooking process - you may add only a very
small amount of vegetable oil.
Before eating, remove
any fat
that came out of the meat while being
cooked.
Never
eat Under Cooked meat or food you can see any
BLOOD within.
